Small Groups – Up to 35 persons per area Large Groups – 36 to 250 persons*

Two hour block $100 Half Day (4 hours) $300

Half Day (4 hours) $150 All Day (8 hours) $500

All Day (8 hours) $250 Day and Half (12 hours – open to close) $750

*$5 each additional person up to 50 persons total *Entire property is available for large group events.

Per rental area. Groups larger than 50 persons will

Require 2 rental areas.

Options:

Educational guided farm tour per group of 35: $100

Classroom Rental: $50 – 2 hour $100 – All day

BBQ/outdoor kitchen area (rental + propane/electric): $50 + $20 

In-house catering (call for menu selections and pricing):

Student lunch menu starting at $5.00* per student

*Student: Hot dog, chips, fruit, bottled water or 2 slices cheese pizza, fruit, bottled water $5

Adult Picnic Menu starting at $10.00** per person

**Adult: Smoked chicken, hamburgers, cole slaw, pasta, salad, fries, baked beans, grilled vegetables 

Adult upgraded menu starting at $15.00** per person

***Upgrade: Ribs, smoked fish, farm raised quail, plant based/vegan options, locally sourced farm products

Bottled water, Gatorade, sodas, lemongrass tea, hot or cold tea, coffee, hot cocoa available

Rental Areas and Capacities:

Lakeside Picnic – 32 Upper Picnic – 32 Learning Pavilion – 32 Porch (Lighted) – 50

Working Pavilion – 44 Garden area – 12 Classroom – 50 

*Maximum park capacity is 500 persons. Capacity is currently limited to 250.
